Salary and Welfare

1. Salary Standard: Basic Salary (1720 yuan), Full Time Award (100 yuan), Job Allowance (300-900 yuan), Performance Appraisal Award (300-1200 Yuan), Length of Service Award (30 yuan/year), Ordinary Overtime Pay (14.83 yuan/hour), Weekend Overtime Pay (19.77 yuan/hour), Night Shift Subsidy (20 yuan/day), the probation period is about 3500- 5000 yuan (working according to company regulations), and skilled employees can reach 4500-6000 yuan.
2. No fee will be deducted for food and accommodation. The dormitory will be cleaned by special personnel. The living environment will be clean and comfortable.
